Acceptance of terms

By accessing or purchasing from vexcrafts.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to purchase from Vex Crafts.

Account information

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity on your account. Notify me immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Product descriptions and pricing

I do my best to accurately describe and price every product. Colors may vary slightly from screen to physical rug due to monitor differences and the nature of textile printing. Slight variations of up to 5% in color or pattern position are normal and not considered defects. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. I reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by them, with a full refund.

Order acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a confirmed sale. I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, inventory issues, or pricing errors. If I cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

Intellectual property

All designs, photos, copy, and brand assets on this site are owned by Vex Crafts and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to access areas of the site you are not authorized to access
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to collect data from the site
  • Submit false information when placing an order
  • Place orders intended for resale without prior written authorization

Disclaimers

The site and its products are provided "as is." I do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error free operation, or that the site will be free of viruses. Use of the site is at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

Vex Crafts is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or its products. My maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Quebec, with the exception of small claims matters where local jurisdiction applies.

I may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the site after updates means you accept the revised terms.
