Refund policy

I want you to love your rug. If you don't, you have 30 days from the day it arrives to request a return or exchange. No restocking fee, no guilt trip, no questions designed to make you feel bad for changing your mind.

How returns work

  1. Email me at vexcrafts@outlook.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return. A photo helps but is not required.
  2. I'll send you a return shipping label and instructions within 48 hours.
  3. Pack the rug in its original packaging if possible. Ship it back within 14 days of receiving the return label.
  4. Once I receive the rug back in resellable condition, your refund is processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.

What qualifies for a free return

  • The rug arrived damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered
  • You changed your mind within 30 days and the rug is in original, unused condition
  • The wrong size was sent

What does not qualify

  • Returns requested after 30 days from delivery
  • Rugs that have been washed, cut, stained, burned, or visibly used beyond an initial inspection
  • Rugs returned without prior contact (I cannot refund packages that arrive unannounced)
  • Custom or made to order rugs with personalized text or imagery, except in cases of defect or damage

Damaged or defective items

If your rug arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, send me a photo within 7 days of delivery and I will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, your choice. No return shipping required for defective items.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of me receiving the returned item. Your bank may take an additional 3 to 10 days to display the refund.

Order cancellation

You can cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of placing it, before production begins. After 12 hours, the rug enters production and standard return rules apply once it arrives.
