Refund policy
I want you to love your rug. If you don't, you have 30 days from the day it arrives to request a return or exchange. No restocking fee, no guilt trip, no questions designed to make you feel bad for changing your mind.
How returns work
- Email me at vexcrafts@outlook.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return. A photo helps but is not required.
- I'll send you a return shipping label and instructions within 48 hours.
- Pack the rug in its original packaging if possible. Ship it back within 14 days of receiving the return label.
- Once I receive the rug back in resellable condition, your refund is processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
What qualifies for a free return
- The rug arrived damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered
- You changed your mind within 30 days and the rug is in original, unused condition
- The wrong size was sent
What does not qualify
- Returns requested after 30 days from delivery
- Rugs that have been washed, cut, stained, burned, or visibly used beyond an initial inspection
- Rugs returned without prior contact (I cannot refund packages that arrive unannounced)
- Custom or made to order rugs with personalized text or imagery, except in cases of defect or damage
Damaged or defective items
If your rug arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, send me a photo within 7 days of delivery and I will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, your choice. No return shipping required for defective items.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of me receiving the returned item. Your bank may take an additional 3 to 10 days to display the refund.
Order cancellation
You can cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of placing it, before production begins. After 12 hours, the rug enters production and standard return rules apply once it arrives.
