I've been buying beige rugs and hating them for ten years because I thought goth decor was either cheap costume stuff or didn't exist. This is the first piece in my apartment that actually feels like mine. My boyfriend said the room finally makes sense.

Honestly didn't think a rug like this would work with my grey couch and light wood floors but it balances out the space really nicely. Bold without being too much. The texture is what got me. The design is woven in, not just printed on, so it shifts depending on the part you're looking at.
