Where I ship
Vex Crafts ships worldwide from a US fulfillment facility. Shipping times and costs vary by destination.
Processing time
All rugs are made to order. Production takes 2 to 4 business days from the time your order is placed. You will receive a tracking number by email the moment your rug ships.

Shipping costs
- Free shipping on all orders over $60 USD
- Orders under $60 USD ship at a flat rate of $19 USD worldwide
Tracking
Every order includes tracked shipping. You will receive a tracking number by email when your rug ships. If your tracking has not updated in 7 days, email me at vexcrafts@outlook.com and I will investigate immediately.
Lost, stolen, or undeliverable packages
If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you did not receive it, contact me within 7 days of the delivery date so I can file a carrier claim. I cannot refund or replace packages reported missing after 14 days from the marked delivery date.
If the package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, I will contact you to arrange a re ship at your cost.
Address accuracy
Please double check your shipping address before checkout. I cannot edit an address once production has started. If you notice an error, email me within 12 hours of placing the order.
